Children from Izium Go on Vacation to the Latvian Twin City of Tukums

Today, a group of children from Izium went on vacation to Latvia.

This was reported on the official Facebook page of the Izium City Military Administration.

For the schoolchildren from the frontline city, this is a wonderful opportunity to change the environment, as they will find themselves in a safe setting and have the chance to recover psychologically.

The trip was made possible thanks to the invitation from the mayor of Tukums, Gundars Vazi, and with the support of the Izium Military Administration.

The young travelers will enjoy a balanced and engaging program:

1) Official meetings (including with the Ambassador of Ukraine in Latvia).

2) Tours of historic Riga.

3) Relaxation on the shores of the Baltic Sea and boat rides.

4) Psychological relief in a calm atmosphere.
