Two men have died, and four others have been injured: the police in Izium are documenting the consequences of the crime committed by Russian military forces

In the middle of the day on August 7, the Russians hit the city of Izium with multiple rocket launchers.

This was reported on the official Facebook page of the Izium Police.

As a result of the shelling, two men received injuries incompatible with life, and four others were injured.

The two men, aged 47 and 67, suffered shrapnel wounds and were hospitalized.

The 42 and 61-year-old women were diagnosed by medical professionals with acute stress reaction.

Specialized services were working at the scene: an investigative and operational group, explosives experts, and criminalists. They documented the consequences of the war crime and collected physical evidence.

In this case, investigators opened a criminal proceeding under Article 438 (war crimes) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
