How the Youth Center Hosted a Meeting Dedicated to the Twin City of Izium, Trier
On December 15, a cognitive event was held at the Youth Center for students of Izium Lyceum No. 3, organized by the German language teacher Lyubov Veprytska.
This was reported on the official Facebook page of Education of Izium Region.
The event was dedicated to Izium's twin city, Trier (Germany).
The event took place in a friendly, warm, and relaxed atmosphere. It featured lively communication. The beautiful and informative presentation about Trier, masterfully delivered by senior students Vira Pohorila, Anna Sukhno, Dasha Sobol, and Nataliya Malakhova, particularly captured everyone's attention.
The highlight of the event was an online meeting with Johannes Koltz, an extraordinarily talented artist from Trier. The artist shared the secrets of his craft, talked about his personal style of creating works, and inspired the students of the Izium community.
An unexpected conclusion to the celebration was that the children received gifts from the Saint George Kindergarten in Trier, where the children of Mr. Johannes attend.
Mr. Johannes's sincere gesture became a symbol of support, friendship, and unity between the cities of Izium and Trier.
