On June 6, Journalist Day, the Head of the Izyum City Military Administration, Serhiy Fedchenko, congratulated journalists on their holiday.

The Head of the Izyum City Military Administration called journalists the voice of Ukraine and added that they are people who work for the sake of truth, objectivity, and to ensure that society is aware of important events.

Journalists have to work in very difficult conditions, especially now, when war, shelling, and danger surround them.

They document war crimes, tell people's stories, and record events that have become part of our history.

Many media professionals have exchanged their microphones and cameras for military weapons. The names of those who gave their lives while fulfilling their professional duty will forever remain in our hearts.

Serhiy Fedchenko thanked all journalists for their dangerous work.
