Children's safety in the city of Izium during the summer holidays

During the summer holidays, children spend significantly more time outdoors, near water bodies, at playgrounds, and in other recreational areas.

For this reason, adults should take care of children's safety.

This was reported on the official Facebook page of the Izyum Police.

Law enforcement officials urge not to leave children unattended, to regularly remind them of safety rules at home, outdoors, near water bodies, on roads, and during leisure activities.

Be sure to remind your child:

1. Not to play in abandoned buildings, at construction sites, and other dangerous places.

2. Not to touch unknown objects - they may be dangerous and pose a threat to health and life.

3. To cross the road only at designated places and strictly adhere to traffic rules.

4. Not to swim without adult supervision and in unfamiliar places.

5. In case of danger, to immediately seek help from adults or call the emergency number 102.
