Terrorist Attack in Kyiv: What is Known About the Attacker and the Consequences

On April 18, an unidentified individual opened fire on people in Kyiv. There are fatalities and injuries, including a 10-year-old boy. The shooter, who took hostages in a "Velmart" supermarket, was killed by special forces during the rescue operation.
