A mine safety awareness intensive was held in Izium
An important event took place in Izium - a safety intensive course on mine awareness for the local population.
This was reported on the official Facebook page of the Izium City Military Administration.
The participants of the course were elderly residents of the Pisky neighborhood.
Today, this knowledge is not just important; it is a basic rule for survival, especially now, in these challenging times.
Topics discussed at the meeting included:
1) How to recognize explosive objects, even if they are very well concealed.
2) Which markers and signs of danger must be avoided.
3) An action algorithm: what to do and what not to do if you find an explosive object.
The participants showed incredible engagement and attention. After the event, everything was topped off with a cup of tea and sweets in a cozy atmosphere.
Together with the instructors, they reiterated the main rule: DO NOT APPROACH, DO NOT TOUCH, CALL 101 OR 102!
