How the city of Izium celebrated Energy Workers' Day"
During the event celebrating Energy Workers' Day, we honored the memory of the fallen energy workers who gave their lives while performing their duties—providing light and heat to all households.
This was reported on the official Facebook page of the Izium City Military Administration.
Energy workers in Izium and the Izium district take significant risks while working in conditions of martial law: they restore damaged power lines after enemy shelling, return electricity to homes, and address emergencies. The work of energy workers is an example of professionalism and dedication to their mission. A moment of silence was observed in honor of those who have fallen.
Sergiy Fedchenko, the head of the Izium City Military Administration, congratulated the energy workers. He expressed gratitude for their endurance and hard work despite challenging times, as well as for their conscientiousness, high professionalism, and commitment to their duties.
Leaders of local communities and institutions also joined in the congratulations, thanking the energy workers for their strenuous efforts and resilience during this difficult period.
Energy workers were awarded Honorary Certificates for their diligent and professional work and responsible performance of their official duties.
The event was held in a warm and solemn atmosphere, symbolizing respect and gratitude to the energy workers who provide light to the community, strengthening its energy resilience.
