Autocracy versus democracy. Who is in favor?

Ukraine is the sixth among the countries surveyed in terms of the level of full agreement with the statement that “Democracy may have its shortcomings, but it is the best system of government.”  In this trend, it joins the European countries, with Sweden, Austria, Germany, Spain, and Switzerland occupying the top five positions.
