Following the results of the meeting in Alaska, Donald Trump said that one "big issue" has not yet been agreed upon. As The Insider notes, apparently, this is about what the Kremlin prefers to call a "territorial exchange," which de facto means the transfer of the entire unoccupied area of the Donetsk region to Russia.
