An interesting question: which cities help the Armed Forces more?

Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Zhytomyr, Ternopil... Once again, a "hype" topic has been thrown into the information space. Everyone is commenting on an infographic with figures showing how Ukraine's regional centers are helping the Armed Forces. Moral judgments are made ("this is a betrayal," "shame on you," "shame on you!") against a particular city hall if the figure is not significant, etc.
In 2023, Ukraine's regional centers allocated UAH 19.5 billion to help the Armed Forces. Almost half of this - 9 billion - was allocated from the Kyiv budget. This is stated in the published rating of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine.
