Russian security forces from President Vladimir Putin's entourage have accused Ukraine of involvement in the terrorist attack on the Crocus City Hall. On Tuesday, March 26, FSB Director Alexander Bortnikov said that Ukrainian and Western intelligence services allegedly facilitated the terrorist attack, which was being prepared by radical Islamists. Bortnikov also called for the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) to be recognized as a terrorist organization.
