As you know, on July 9-11, the NATO Summit dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Alliance will be held in Washington, DC. A meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Council at the highest level is planned. And the new Secretary General, the Prime Minister of the Netherlands, Mark Rutte, will be confirmed. Will the NATO anniversary summit be a life-changing event for Ukraine? What decisions should we expect?
