The warhead of the kamikaze drone used by the Russians to hit a multi-storey building in Odesa could have been upgraded. This factor may explain the significant destruction of the entire entrance. This was reported by Natalia Humeniuk, head of the Joint Coordination Press Centre of the Southern Ukrainian Defence Forces, during the telethon.
