After the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall in the Moscow region, Russia once again called for stricter legislation and the return of the death penalty. This is also being discussed in Ukraine. Since the beginning of the Russian aggression, the idea of the death penalty for enemy missile launchers and other collaborators whose activities lead to mass murder, as well as for corrupt officials, has been growing in popularity.
