What can be a decisive argument for the return of millions of refugees to Ukraine? Social guarantees, economic growth, or the basic sense of security that drove most Ukrainians abroad? Why should not only the state, but also ordinary Ukrainians resist Russian propaganda? How can we build bridges with Ukrainians abroad? And why is it necessary to nurture Ukrainianness?
