The government plans to resume the privatization of large objects and expects to receive a total of 4 billion hryvnias. Currently, there are 17 large assets in the "in preparation" status awaiting auctions. Detailed terms have not been officially defined, but experts believe that the initial bids for these assets may correspond to their book value.
The Cabinet of Ministers has included a 65% state-owned stake in Kharkivenergozbut PrJSC in the list of large-scale privatization targets.
The state enterprise Kharkivenergozbut was included in the list of 1000 companies that showed profit growth in 2022 despite the military operations, losses and the difficult economic situation in the country.
