The Committee of Voters of Ukraine (CVU) conducted a study on the topic of post-war elections.
Experts named eight main threats: from security risks in the deoccupied territories and the mobility of displaced persons, to disinformation campaigns, shortage of personnel and resources. The biggest challenge is maintaining citizens' trust in the election results.
