Ideality as a hindrance and plans as support

I've been writing plans for a long time; they became my must-have even before it became a trend and coaching emerged.
And, of course, I tried very hard to follow through. But it didn't always work out that way.
Naturally, this frustrated me. And there was one bad year when I only managed to accomplish about 40 percent of what I planned.
Incidentally, this was due to objective external circumstances. But I was so upset that I decided not to plan anything for the next year. Why do I need these negative emotions?! I'll do the mandatory things anyway, and then we'll see how things go.
Well, after a couple of months, I finally wrote a plan.
