Lightness of Being, or Thinking about Yourself. How?

Different people, in different life situations, talk about a lost sense of lightness or a desire to be light. It is probably important to clarify that all these people are from Ukraine. And the weight on the shoulders and in the head (how each feels) is fully justified by the horror of war and unplanned, often catastrophic, changes in life.
