Lina Kostenko: Icon or Phenomenon in Ukrainian Literature?

The conversation between Serhiy Zhadan and Lina Kostenko, which was recently published on the YouTube channel Radio Charter, caused a resonance in Ukrainian society.
Not even the interview itself, but a post by cultural manager and journalist Sofia Chelyak, who wrote that it was a “bad idea” for her to open an interview with Kostenko. And she made public her claims against the famous dissident and prominent poet who formed the basis of the Sixties movement, which the Soviet regime called “nationalists.”
This caused a sharp reaction in society. Social networks literally exploded, unable to contain their emotions.
What is the conceptual basis for these emotions? And why is it so dangerous for society? Especially today.
