Wanting stability. You want certainty. And there is none. And, by the way, there has never been much stability and certainty, at least not since the beginning of the 20th century, when the speed of change increased many times over.

We are always on the move. Yes, sometimes we rush in a high-speed car, and we can jolt in a suburban train that stops at every pole. But as long as we are alive, we are always on the road.

What is important to life on the road?

Knowing where you're going and why

Not to forget the starting point - where are you from? Where is the beginning of your journey?

Have the resources you'll need along the way. A snack, a pillow under your neck, someone to talk to or lean on, a book to dispel boredom, etc.

In order not to miss your station or get off at someone else's, you should be attentive when stops are announced.

And, sometimes, you have to assess the situation, get off the train and change to another one. Of course, you are used to your train, it goes slowly, and not exactly where you need to go, but without transfers, it goes for a long time, and you have already settled down in it. But...there are times when you have to get off at an intermediate station and buy a new ticket.

I love these 3 phrases they are my simple life philosophy:

Life is a journey

A journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step. Lao-tzu.

And we are alive, we need to hurry. Lina Kostenko

Do you feel that you are on a journey? What are your rules for living on the road? And maybe someone has these phrases as well?
