During the war, we observed a decline in the food market both in the consumer and production sectors. And, unfortunately, the government did not focus on this problem.
Ivan Bykov, deputy chairman of the Association of Farmers and Private Landowners of Kharkiv Region, said this at a press conference at the Kharkiv Press Club, where experts discussed food security during the war.
