Kharkiv Space School Changes Format: "Komunar" and the Research Technological Institute Will Become LLCs

The Government has passed a resolution on the reorganization of key space and defense sector enterprises of Ukraine. As part of this reform, previous plans for their corporatization into joint-stock companies were canceled — instead, the state-owned enterprises will be transformed into Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) with 100% state ownership.
