Dessert “Karinska,” which tells the story of a Kharkiv woman who won the first Oscar and created a ballet tutu

A dessert created in honor of Varvara Karinska, the first Ukrainian woman to win an Oscar and change the world of ballet by creating the modern ballet tutu, was presented in Lviv. The meringue dessert was created by pastry chef Myroslava Novosad, chef Yevhen Klopotenko, and restaurant consultant Vsevolod Polischuk.
