As is well known, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, in cooperation with the Antonov State Enterprise, has exposed a large-scale fraud perpetrated by Russians in the Latin American aviation market. Russian entities, operating through a front company in the UAE, attempted to sell an An-74 aircraft to the Government of Peru by providing forged certificates and documents in the name of the Ukrainian manufacturer.
