Honey crisis. In 2025, Ukraine had a catastrophically low honey harvest, breaking all anti-records. According to estimates by beekeepers and experts, this year's honey harvest was significantly lower than in 2024, which was one of the worst in the last decade.
The market immediately responded with price increases. In some regions, the cost of honey rose by 50% compared to the previous year.
