Baby boom! Why do people come to Rivne Maternity Hospital even from other regions?

Last year, 2629 births took place in the Rivne Maternity Hospital and 2674 babies were born. This is a record birth rate for the last 5 years. Why did the number of births increase to a record high despite the war? And why do women choose the Rivne maternity hospital to give birth here?
Today, the Rivne City Maternity Hospital ranks fourth in terms of the number of births in Ukraine. More babies are born here than before the war.
This was discovered by journalists from 11 regions of Ukraine who visited the Rivne maternity hospital as part of a press tour organized by the Kharkiv Press Club.
