Do Ukrainians support the ban on the Moscow church?

Do Ukrainians trust the Church? Do they recognize it as a moral authority? How does the church respond to the problems and challenges associated with Russian aggression against Ukraine? How do Ukrainians assess the role and functions of the church in society? And what is their attitude to the ban on the church, whose control center is located on the territory of the aggressor state waging war in Ukraine?
The Razumkov Center presented the results of a large-scale nationwide survey “Level of Religiosity, Trust in the Church, Confessional Distribution and Interchurch Relations in Ukrainian Society (October 2024)”, which was conducted with the support of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Ukraine.
The study, conducted during the war, makes it possible to understand what is happening to Ukrainian society and religion in a country at war, what a human being is.
