The morning before the broadcast began with frantic shelling and a complete blackout. The enemy does not stop terrorizing the Mena urban territorial community, which is in Chernihiv region. The community, which in 2022 survived forty days of occupation.
For two years, Yuriy Stalnychenko has been serving as the head of the Minsk urban territorial community. He took over from Gennady Primakov, who volunteered to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and is defending our state in battles in the Pokrovsky direction.
