“Road to Life": how are children with disabilities rehabilitated in Chortkiv?

The Chortkiv community of 30,000 people is the only one in the Ternopil region that has a rehabilitation center for children with disabilities in its communal property. There are no such centers in neighboring communities. And it's not a matter of indifference, but of the significant costs that such centers require. And the lack of funds in the budget.
A year ago, the rehabilitation center for children with disabilities with the eloquent name “Road to Life” changed its location. It moved into the building of a former kindergarten.
How does the city community in Chortkiv manage to maintain a children's rehabilitation center with a limited budget? And why does the mayor consider this facility important?
Media professionals from 10 regions of Ukraine learned about this during a press tour organized by the Kharkiv Press Club.
