The 6th Army of the Aerospace Forces of the Russian Armed Forces is concentrating air and anti-aircraft forces of the Western Military District. The command is located in Voronezh. The commanders of this army gave orders to bomb the nuclear facility at the National Science Center “Kharkiv Institute of Physics and Technology”. Now the case has been brought to court, and they are the accused.
As reported by Hromada, prosecutors of the Specialized Environmental Prosecutor's Office of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office approved and sent to court an indictment against five Russian servicemen on charges of violating the laws and customs of war and ecocide committed by a group of people by prior conspiracy.
