Since the beginning of the war, the Russian terrorist army has shelled the National Research Center “Kharkiv Institute of Physics and Technology” more than 70 times with various types of weapons. And now, finally, five high-ranking Russian officers have been charged.
Prosecutors of the Specialized Environmental Prosecutor's Office of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office approved and sent to court an indictment against five Russian military officers on the facts of violation of the laws and customs of war and ecocide committed by a group of people by prior conspiracy.
