The Security Service and the Prosecutor General's Office have collected evidence against Russian generals Denys Kulsha, who ordered an air strike on the National Literary and Memorial Museum of Hryhorii Skovoroda in Kharkiv region, and Vladimir Seliverstov, who commanded the operation to capture Kyiv from the northwest at the beginning of the full-scale war.
