Vocational school competition as in university! How did the vocational education reform in Rivne break stereotypes, change the labor market&?

Rivne region is the only region in Ukraine where 43% of graduates after graduating from secondary education choose to pursue vocational education. This is the highest rate in Ukraine. As part of the vocational education reform, Rivne work hub, the only coordination platform in Ukraine, was created in Rivne region to help solve the problem of training qualified personnel for the needs of local businesses.
More than 90% of graduates of higher vocational schools are successfully employed. Companies find qualified personnel, and workers receive decent wages.
How does Rivne work hub help business development in the region? And why is Rivne considered the capital of vocational schools in Ukraine?
All of this was discussed by media from 11 regions of Ukraine during a press tour organized by the Kharkiv Press Club. The journalists visited the Rivne Higher Vocational School of Restaurant Service and Trade.
