Vocational school competition as in university! How did the vocational education reform in Rivne break stereotypes, change the labor market&?

Rivne region is the only region in Ukraine where 43% of graduates after graduating from secondary education choose to pursue vocational education.  This is the highest rate in Ukraine. As part of the vocational education reform, Rivne work hub, the only coordination platform in Ukraine, was created in Rivne region to help solve the problem of training qualified personnel for the needs of local businesses.
