Vladimir Putin has signed a new defense agreement with North Korea. Describing the agreement with Kim Jong-un as a "comprehensive partnership agreement," Putin noted that the document "provides for mutual assistance in case of aggression against one of the parties."
Observers have already ridiculed the agreement. For example, blogger Alexander Kushner wrote on his Twitter account:
"How, I wonder, will Putin help North Korea? Will he fight against F-35s and aircraft carriers with troughs and sorties? Will he expose his feeble submerged army to PrSM and JASSM strikes? Will he die in nuclear fire for Kim?
However, Western observers have more than serious assessments.
