Another "warm" winter has passed. In early March, warm and dry weather is also expected in Ukraine. It will be the hottest in the west: up to +17 degrees, while in the east it will be a little fresher, +4...+7. In general, the average temperature in Ukraine will reach +7...+12 degrees.
