“With the previous heating season not yet over, we are already thinking about how to start the new one...” This is perhaps the most pressing topic in journalist Oleksandr Shvets' conversation with Maria Chernenko, head of the Rohan village military administration in the Kharkiv region, on the program “Voice of the Community.”
In a series of programs by the Kharkiv Press Club entitled “Local Self-Government in Wartime: Challenges and Achievements,” Ms. Maria talked about how local communities are responding to humanitarian and military challenges.
According to Maria, the Rohanska community has become “a kind of border between the theater of war and peaceful life.”
