Unexpected conclusion of the Kiel Institute of World Economics on international assistance to Ukraine

We are told that Ukraine has received $350 billion in aid from American taxpayers alone. Politicians in different countries give different figures.  The Kremlin is dancing with joy, while Slovakia is threatening: it's time to pay the price.... The public is agitated: we do not know whom to believe...  But really, whom?
