World War III is already underway - it started between the seizure of Crimea in 2014 and the beginning of Russia's full-scale aggression against Ukraine in February 2022, some believe. No! The Third World War was the Cold War, and what is unfolding now is already the Fourth,” others argue. Others predict that a full-scale war in Ukraine could escalate into a more global confrontation - a World War III hot war because of the dispatch of DPRK troops to help Russia.
The “World War III is about to happen” narrative is pumped well in election campaigns and in political communications of Western countries.
