The community of Pesochinsk is considered to be mentally carefree, or rather “smartly”, because the war here is clearly felt in the sight of missile attacks, the roar of martyrs and many years of wind-related alarms. And on this basis, the Pisochinsk community is alive and developing: children's Maidans are opening, underground schools and a kindergarten will be built, roads and sidewalks are being repaired, business is expanding.
