What a "non-perspective" hromada! Why do so many village heads come to the Horodotska Hromada to learn from its experience?

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, decentralization has undergone enormous challenges, and in wartime has proven its capability and become a powerful tool for defense and resistance to the enemy. Ukraine has survived, among other things, thanks to the resilience of local self-government, says Serhiy Polishchuk, village head of the Horodok village council in Rivne Oblast.
"The Horodok village community is one of the most successful in the Rivne region. They have built roads, installed street lighting, and continue to develop the community and help the Armed Forces. Many village heads come to Horodok community to learn from this experience.
What makes the community develop? What is the relationship between the village council and local businesses? And what share of the budget is allocated to remote villages?
Media professionals from 11 regions of Ukraine learned about all this during a press tour organized by the Kharkiv Press Club.
