A scandal erupted in Ukraine surrounding the law on cryopreservation of military biomaterial. Already after the adoption of the law, it suddenly became clear that the amendment, voted for by the deputies, actually forbids wives to use the frozen sperm of dead soldiers to give birth to a child. After the death of a soldier, his reproductive biological material must be destroyed by law.
