American officials, who were rushing this weekend to find and book a venue for a summit next Friday, August 15, between President Donald Trump and his Russian counterpart, quickly ran into a major problem: summer is the peak tourist season in Alaska. Media reports say there were few options that were both available and suitable for hosting the two world leaders.
