An interesting report from Dnipro was published by the British newspaper The Times. Russian attacks are trying to destroy the Missile City, but Zelensky's drive to create a homegrown ballistic missile program shows an attempt to change the balance of power in Russia's war against Ukraine.

Judging by recent foreign media coverage, the world is anxiously awaiting another strike by Putin's Oreshnik on “decision-making centers in Kiev” with alarming curiosity, and discussing further prospects for the situation in Syria and the Kremlin's views on the Assad family.  I wonder who his neighbors are?
