Lozova urban community is one of the largest communities in Ukraine. It consists of 81 villages, three urban-type settlements, six towns and the city of Lozova, the second largest city in the region by population. The community's population is over 90,000 people.

How does the Lozova community live in a full-scale war? How is critical infrastructure being restored after regular shelling by the Russian occupiers? What is the state of the shelters in schools? How does public transportation work? Is there a connection to remote villages? How are they preparing for the winter? And how do they help IDPs?

 

These issues were discussed in the “Voice of the Community” program of the Kharkiv Press Club, which featured a conversation between a well-known Kharkiv journalist Oleksandr Shvets and the head of the Lozova city community Serhiy Zelenskyi.
