Fierce pressure on pro-Ukrainian priests of the OCU: massive propaganda, deception of believers. Why has the transition to the OCU slowed down?

In the Kharkiv region, in the six years since the creation of the OCU, only 10 communities out of 370 communities of the UOC-MP have joined the Local Church of Ukraine, or 2.43%. This is one of the lowest rates in Ukraine.
The lowest rate is only in the Zaporizhzhia region. There, out of 371 communities of the Moscow Patriarchate, only one community has moved to the OCU. This is 0.27%.
Why are communities so slow to join the OCU? And not only in eastern Ukraine. Why didn't this process intensify even during the war, when Moscow priests finally threw off their masks and showed their true nature, justifying Russian aggression and blessing the occupiers for terror and murder of Ukrainians.
