Cheese, Roses and "Pumpkin Paradise". How a dentist and a pianist sold an apartment in the center of Lviv and opened a craft cheese factory in the village at the Gromada Group Media

"Chorna Rada" - Ukrainian Camembert with cuttlefish ink, "Forest Song" with juniper and unique "Hoverla" with a rich cheese taste. The last two cheeses received silver at the prestigious World Cheese Awards. They sold an apartment in the Lviv and moved to the village. Now they live in the village of Malyovanka, in the Horodotsky district of the Lviv region, and in the nearby village of Mylchytsi, in the old building of the Austro-Hungarian school, they founded the craft cheese factory "Pumpkin Paradise".

Ihor Reva is a dentist, his wife Solomiya Bratakh is a pianist. Тoday, they cook original cheeses, develop gastrotourism in the village, conduct tours and cheese-making workshops for children and adults, have 2.5 hectares of roses and are the largest producers of rose jam in Ukraine.
