American journalists have learned that the S-300 and "Buk" air defense systems supplied by Russia were not brought to combat readiness and were unable to protect Venezuelan airspace during a US operation.
The failure is attributed to chronic problems with equipment maintenance, limited support from Moscow, and Venezuela’s declining priority for Russia. The "Rashists" sent neither competent advisors nor military specialists to Venezuela.
All of the Kremlin’s forces are subservient to a single "idée fixe"—the destruction of Ukraine and the organization of pro-Russian coups in Europe.
