After the strikes on the refineries, Russia could consume about 14% of its oil refining industry. This significantly reduced its ability to supply diesel fuel and gasoline to its army. It is no coincidence that last year it bought fuel from Belarus, and this year it ordered 100,000 tons from Kazakhstan.

Today, Russia sells 3.6 to 3.8 million barrels of crude oil, when recently it was selling 3.4. The point is that the world market has received significantly more oil from Russia than before. Thus, the US fears that it might face a crisis in the fuel market are unfounded.

At the same time, the $60 oil price ceiling imposed on Russia is not working. Today, the price for the traditional grade of Russian oil, which is delivered to the world market via Novorossiysk or Murmansk, is $74. Siberian oil delivered through Sakhalin costs $84 per barrel.

It turns out that Russia is increasing not only oil supplies, but also the price of oil. Moreover, it is allowed to do so.

- This is a policy of double standards. Both American and European sanctions are powerless against it.
